Crying Buddy Contract

Parties Involved

This agreement is made between Serena Luo ("the Cryer") and Patrick Adisaputra ("the Crying Buddy").

Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this contract is to ensure that Patrick provides emotional support to Serena by travelling to Kuala Lumpur (KL) to act as her designated Crying Buddy whenever she feels the need to cry.

Terms and Conditions

Obligation to Call: Serena Luo agrees that she must call Patrick whenever she feels like crying to request his presence as her Crying Buddy.

Notification Requirements: Serena Luo agrees to notify Patrick in advance of her intention to cry and request his presence in KL according to the following timelines:

• If Patrick is in Jakarta, Serena Luo must give at least 4 hours' notice.

• If Patrick is in Melbourne, Serena Luo must give at least 12 hours' notice.

• If Patrick is in Singapore, Serena Luo must give at least 3 hours' notice.

Responsibilities of Patrick (Crying Buddy)

• Patrick agrees to travel to KL within the stipulated time frame unless extenuating circumstances prevent him from doing so (e.g., flight unavailability, personal emergencies).

• Patrick will provide emotional support as the Crying Buddy during Serena Luo's time of need.

Responsibilities of Serena Luo (The Cryer)

• Serena Luo agrees to call Patrick whenever she feels the need to cry.

• Serena Luo agrees to adhere to the notification timelines based on Patrick's location at the time of the request.

• Serena Luo should never feel bad for requesting Patrick's presence, as he is always happy to be there for her. Patrick wants nothing more than for his #1 girl to feel happy, supported, and cared for at all times, and she should always know that he is always there for her.

Amendments and Termination

• This agreement can be amended only with the mutual consent of both parties.

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice to the other party.
